Clarity in Cooperation: Darrendi’s Terms of Service

Welcome to Darrendi. By subscribing to any of the services offered by Darrendi, you are agreeing to abide by the following terms and conditions (Terms of Service). These terms apply to all users of the Darrendi services, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

1. General Conditions

Darrendi provides web hosting services to clients globally, and it is our duty to protect each client and to provide the best services available. All users of Darrendi’s services, and those who register an account with Darrendi, agree to comply with Darrendi’s Acceptable Use Policy, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and these Terms of Service.

Clients acknowledge that the service provided by Darrendi is of a nature that can be interrupted for many reasons other than the negligence of Darrendi and that damages resulting from any interruption of service are difficult to ascertain. Therefore, clients agree that Darrendi shall not be liable for any damages arising from such causes beyond the direct and exclusive control of Darrendi.

2. Indemnification

Clients agree to use all Darrendi services at their own risk. Darrendi specifically disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Darrendi be liable for any loss, or loss of data, or other commercial damage, including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential, or other damages. Clients agree that they shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Darrendi harmless from any demands, liabilities, losses, costs, and claims, including reasonable attorney’s fees, that may arise or result from any service provided, performed, or agreed to be performed, or any product sold by customers, agents, employees, or assigns. Clients agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Darrendi against any liabilities arising out of injury to person or property caused by any products or services sold or distributed in connection with Darrendi.

3. Billing Policy

Darrendi offers various billing cycles to clients depending on the chosen service plan, including monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annually. We provide a 30-day money-back guarantee on certain hosting services. Refund requests must be submitted through our official support channels and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Domain registration/transfer fees, dedicated servers, and certain promotional offers are non-refundable. Payments made via cryptocurrency, Alipay, and WeChat are non-refundable but may be eligible for account credit.

4. Uptime Guarantee

Darrendi offers a 99.9% uptime guarantee. If we fail to meet this level of availability, the affected client may receive a credit on their account, proportionate to the amount of downtime. Credits for downtime are excluded in cases such as DDoS attacks, scheduled maintenance, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Limitation of Liability

Darrendi shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from Darrendi servers going offline or being unavailable for any reason. Furthermore, Darrendi shall not be responsible for any claimed damages resulting from the corruption or deletion of any web content from one of Darrendi’s servers. All damages shall be limited to the immediate termination of service.

6. Late Payments

If a service is not renewed within 3 days after the due date, the service will be suspended. If not renewed within 14 days after the due date, the service will be terminated. Reactivation is subject to payment of the overdue amount and the availabilty of backups.

7. Disclaimer

Darrendi is not responsible for any system downtime, crashes, or data loss that may occur. The rights of cancellation, suspension, or termination of any service or client account lie solely with Darrendi, without notice or refund, should any terms of service be violated. Darrendi is not liable for the actions of its clients and may change any or all parts of the policy without prior notice.

By using any services of Darrendi, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.

Darrendi reserves the right to amend or modify any portion of these terms at any time by publishing the revised version of the terms on its website.
